Customer Service

I have to hand it to Cox, ever since we signed up a month and half ago, they’ve given us nothing but excellent customer service, almost as good as USAA, almost. I’ve called them several times to discuss different plans, billing questions, etc…, and they’ve been perfect all but one time. The time they weren’t excellent, I think I got someone who was lacking in experience, but she was very nice and tried to help. Having had bad experiences from AOL, Best Buy, and Sprint, to name a few, it’s refreshing to do business with a company that treats customers with respect (tiered internet issues aside). Thanks, Cox.
